My name is Janie Kainrath. My husband and I moved ourselves and our two dogs to this tropical lifestyle of Costa Rica in Sept 03. This was at the end of my successful 27 year career of mortgage banking inthe states of Washington and Arizona. I have always enjoyed the direct interaction with individuals seeking mortgages. I am able to provide valuable experience related with mortgage qualifications, product availability and local niche guidelines. I bring years of lending Single Family , 2nd home, Relocation and international experience together in one. With just less then 5 years of living in the metropolitan area of San Jose, CR. i am currently obtaining my permanant residence. I have first hand experience with the local people.
